musical lighterHow much would President Truman's Musical lighter be worth with initials HST on it?

This lighter was personally given by President Truman in the Oval Office to his friend who at the time was also the Mayor of Independence, Missouri. Included with it is a writing by the Mayor indicating the President gave this to him as a gift in the Oval Office. It is a musical lighter with tmusical lighterhe initials HST on it. I would like to know what it might be worth and thank everyone for their help.
Harry never had any money, so it must be a real cheap gift and now is worth nothing.
Is it a desktop lighter or one that goes in your pocket? Is it a Zippo?

Sterling silver or stainless stemusical lighterel? Anything less would be unpresidential.

I wouldn't pay anything for a pocket lighter, but I'd give $500 bucks for a desktop model.

You have to remember he probably handed out hundreds of lighters just like it so they really aren't that rare.
ONE....MILLION.....DOLLARS!
