How do i change a qcelp file into a mp3 file? So that my ringtones dont sound bad. Or is there another way to make them sound good.

start with any mp3 file or jqcelp to mp3ust give them your favorite youtube video
ventones will convert it into a ringtone for your specific phone
they will then text it to you, or you can download it and use a cable and a memory card
has good ringtones, u usually dont haqcelp to mp3ve to worry about that.
but u could always use ur phone's bluetooth and transfer it to the computer, then change the file type there, then transfer it back via bluetooth, but thats a lot of trouble to go through just for a ringtone.
